On behalf of the E.W. Riviera Women’s Club, I would like to convey to you some well deserved accolades for the Bar-B-Q that you catered for us on July 4th. Marc and your crew are “top draw” professionals who catered to every whim of the guests. There was no gorging of food, the lines flowed smoothly, the serving tables most attractively set up, and your employees extremely courteous, caring and friendly.
